Return Policy
Items are returnable within 30 DAYS from receiving your shipment. You can send back returns to Sorority Letters Shop 719 S Los Angeles St #218 LA CA 90014. Once we receive the return, we will refund you the cost of the item. Please includes your original receipt or packing slip.

Custom Chapter Items. If you add your chapter name below the letters, its considered custom and not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Bulk orders of 8 or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
