What if you sell out?
There is a good chance the color and size combo you want could sell out. We will be restocking and getting ready for our next launch February 2026. If you see something you like make sure to click on Notify Me! to be the first to know when the item is restocked.
Why can't I find my size?
The good news is that lululemon offers a wide range of sizes from ladies 0 - 20. From time to time we do sell out of certain sizes quicker tha others. Once we are sold out of a size it will temporarily disappear from our website. If you would like to be notified when we restock please join our email list for stock updates and new launch dates.
Why can't I find my house?
Please reach out if you would like to be included in our lululemon Collections. We have reached our to multiple houses for approval so check back often.
Can I preorder?
We are not taking preorders at this time for our August 2025 launch, but please sign up for our newsletter should this change and to make sure you are included in future plans and rollouts. If your house is interested in an order for Fall Rush, please email info@sororitylettersshop.com.
When will I get my order?
While our usual processing time is a few days, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to reach you during our initial launch. Once the dust settles Mid March we will resume normal order processing times. IF you would like your order faster, we do offer rush shipping which does cut down on the time in transit. All orders ship from our location in Los Angeles, California.
What do you have for Alumni?
Being alumnae ourselves we got you! Many of our lululemon items come with not only the Greek letters but your beloved house's shields and icons. If there is something you would like to order but can't locate it please reach out. We would love to hear from you.
